The East Aurora Assessment Department works to optimize the efficiency and use of our current local assessment programs and oversee the administration of state and district-mandated assessments. As the number of students that need to achieve at Meets/Exceeds levels increases to 62.5% this year and 70% in 2009, the need to look at past and current student performance and differentiate instruction appropriately is critical.
Our goal is to continue to improve district
processes. We seek to create better reports,
explore new systems and processes and provide
better and faster access to information
to foster better decisions on the data
we have and about the students we teach.
