Who Can Access The Portal?
The Portal can be accessed by parents and guardians of enrolled students. Each Parent or Guardian will receive individual account access and will see all children in their household.
What is available on the Portal?
Each school may have various Portal options enabled, therefore students enrolled at different schools may not have the same information available on the portal.
How Secure is the Portal?
The Campus Portal incorporates the highest level of security. Parents/guardians can see only information related to the student they are authorized to view. You must always remember to log-off when you are finshed using the portal.
How do I choose a password?
The systems requires that passwords be at least six characters long and meets at least three of the four following qualifications:
- includes a lower case letter ( a,j, r, etc)
- includes an upper case letter (A,J, R, etc)
- Includes a number (3, 5, 7, etc
- includes a symbol ( $, &, @, etc)
When can I access the Parent Portal?
At any time of the day or night. The portal is web based and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I need multiple user names if my children attend different schools?
No. You only need to create one user name. If you have already created a user name for your middle or high school student, you can use the same user name for your elementary student. All of your students should be organized under one user name and password.
How often will information on the Portal be updated?
Attendance information will be updated daily. Grades and assignments will be updated on a weekly basis as they are graded by your child’s teacher(s).
How do I unlock my account?
If your account has become locked due to failed log-in attempts you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
