AEEF Mini Grants

Since 1993, the Aurora East Educational Foundation has offered an educational grant award program to benefit the students of East Aurora School District 131.

Since the Foundation’s inception, over $360,000 in grants have been awarded to teachers and schools. Each year, the Foundation Board reviews and selects grant projects of a relatively broad scope that have the potential for substantial impact. These projects are implemented during the current and/or following school year. The purpose of the “mini grant” program is to allow innovative ideas to be tested and the education of our youth to be enriched through these ideas. Past activities have been very successful and have made the educational experience of our students even more rewarding.

Applications for the annual AEEF Grant Program open on September 1 and close on September 30.

The Aurora East Educational Foundation (AEEF) is offering mini grant opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. Eligible applicants can apply for funding up to $1,500 per grant.

All grant proposals must align with AEEF guidelines and funding priorities.

Eligibility: All East Aurora School District 131 instructional staff and administrative personnel are eligible to apply.
