Negotiated Agreements and Compensation
Below are contractual agreements between East Aurora School District 131 and the unions that represent employee groups. These contracts were the result of negotiations by both sides. All contracts receive final approval by the Board of Education.
- East Aurora School District 131 teachers, support staff and office staff are represented by East Aurora Council IFT/AFT Local 604.
- East Aurora School District 131 custodians are represented by Service Employees International Union Local 73.
- East Aurora School District 131 rank-and-file NJROTC instructors are represented by Tomcat Navy Council (NJROTC) IFT/AFT Local 604.
EASD 131 participates in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (“IMRF”). Read more information about IMRF.
