With FirstView 1.0, families can:

View your student’s bus location on a live map
- Receive alerts when the bus is near your stop
- Stay updated on schedule changes or delays
- Add caregivers to receive notifications
- Access bilingual in-app support
- The FirstView 1.0 app is the only way to receive transportation notifications, including updates, route changes, and late bus alerts.
FirstView 1.0 is secure and password-protected.
To get started, families will need a unique school District code [H9D9M] , their students I.D. number and last name. For any technical issues, please contact support through the app for assistance.
