Jr. Tomcats Rally Past Batavia Rotolo in Season Opener
The Jr. Tomcats opened their football season with a 18-14 comeback victory over Batavia Rotolo Middle School.
After trailing 14-0 at halftime, the team scored 18 unanswered points in the second half, taking the lead on a 45-yard touchdown pass with 26 seconds remaining before a final defensive stop secured the win.
The Jr. Tomcats next play Washington Middle School on Thursday, Sept. 3, at Cowherd Middle School.
