East Aurora High School’s boys varsity basketball program will host the 10th Annual Kivisto Hoopfest on Saturday, February 8, in the Ernie Kivisto Gymnasium at East Aurora High School, 500 Tomcat Lane. The Tomcats will play in the 5:25 p.m. game vs. Lake Park High School.

Other teams participating include Lindblom, West Aurora, Bolingbrook, Aurora Christian, York and Oswego East. Games include:

• 2:15 p.m. Lindblom vs Aurora Christian
• 3:50 p.m. West Aurora vs Bolingbrook
• 5:25 p.m. East Aurora vs Lake Park
• 7:00 p.m. York vs Oswego East

Admission is $7 for adults, and $3 for students and seniors. Season passes will not be accepted for this game.

The Kivisto Hoopfest is named in honor of Coach Ernie Kivisto, a legendary, highly successful leader who served as head coach of the Tomcats boys varsity basketball team from 1967 to 1982.
