The Aurora East Educational Foundation announces with pride that Allan Fuentes is the 2020 recipient of the Arlene and Richard Hawks Scholarship.

     Allan graduated from East High School this year, and is enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  He intends to major in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business.

     “My career goals include working with a major company designing products from the ground up to aid and satisfy people’s needs,” Allan said.  “In addition, I plan on getting involved in the real estate market, and investing in several properties.”

     He reports that ever since graduation, he has been focusing on attaining many goals and skills, as well as maintaining a job as a professional car detailer for Honda.

     “I will forever miss my time at East Aurora High School,” Allan said.  “Once at Tomcat, always a Tomcat!”

    The AEEF congratulates Allan on his accomplishments and on his ambition as he embarks on his college career.  We are very proud of his TOMCAT spirit!
