The Board of Education’s goal is to fairly pay staff wages and benefits that are comparable or superior to what they could earn in other districts. Below are slides from a  presentation made by the Board of Education at its meeting on August 20, 2018. 

Also see the Support and Office Staff Salary Schedule. It is important to understand how this schedule works. In order to guarantee a raise for each employee you enter the schedule at the compensation level above your current salary. For example, if you are a classroom aide being paid $17.00 per hour, you would go on the schedule at compensation level 10 at $17.50 per hour for the 2018-2019 school year. You would then advance a compensation level each year thereafter, so that in the 2019-2020 school year you would earn $18.00 per hour and in the 2020-2021 school year you would earn $18.50.;
