What should I expect?

  • There are a total of five units of study: Solving Equations and Systems of Equations, Proportional and Nonproportional Relationships and Functions, Measurement Geometry, and Transformational Geometry.
  • In math, students will explore concepts through group collaboration, math talk, problem-solving, and independent practice.
  • Evidence of learning will be collected through interactive math notebooks, activities, Nearpod, Dreambox, math talks, homework, projects, quizzes, and tests.
