social studies–Login to Microsoft Teams.  You can do this by clicking the nine dots in the top left corner of your email screen and choosing Teams from the list.  From there you will click Teams on the left, then social studies class, then assignments.  You can download the chapter 14 people from here.  Email the answers to me or add the answers to the assignment then attach it and resubmit it to me through Teams.  Do whatever is easiest.  YOU CAN FIND A COPY OF THE CHAPTER 14 PEOPLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AND EMAIL THE ANSWERS TO ME IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MICROSOFT TEAMS.

Use this day to catch up on any work that you may have missed.  Your grade for the quarter and the year will be finalized by the end of the school day so make sure everything you want to complete is submitted by noon today.  ENJOY YOUR SUMMER!!!  My email and Teams will both be active all summer in case you want to let me know about something exciting you have done or accomplished over the summer.  See you in August????

England  Joan of Arc  Known as the Lion-Hearted and won many battles, but failed to retake the Holy Land, Jerusalem. 
France  King John  Lowest class of the feudal system.  These people were close to slaves and usually were tied to the manor for life. 
Franks  King Richard I  Called the people of Europe to arms to fight a war to reclaim the Holy Land, or Jerusalem. 
Muslim  Leif Ericson  United many small kingdoms of Western Europe in the 700s. 
Rome  Peasants  Conqueror of Jerusalem that refused to give back the city to Christians when King Richard I asked for it. 
Vikings  Pope Urban II  Forced to sign the Magna Carta giving rights back to the common people of the kingdom.
